A few new rules to follow when arriving to appointment:

1. Client and therapist must wear mask at all times.
2. Client will please alert therapist via text or call when they arrive.
3. Client may either wait in their car or in the rear patio area of the building until therapist lets them know to come in. (To avoid people congestion)
4. Client must wash hands upon arrival.
5. Therapists will open and close doors for clients. (To minimize contact with surfaces)
6. Temporal temperature will be taken via contactless device.
7. New Client Health Intake form to fill out. Preferably returned via email to me before appointment.
